The fastest crossing of all ten Australian deserts stands at 6 days 17 hours. It was set by a four wheel drive carrying three drivers in shifts, running around the clock.
In 2027, Scott Britnell and Scott Huggins go after the outright time on motorcycles. The car rotated three drivers. These two do not rotate. Each man rides every kilometre himself.
